Slowly, especially after the virus announcement, things began to happen, not only with Mom, but at the nursing home, their surroundings. The level of care went down rather fast, as did my mom. There were requests made by me that were not followed and when her breathing got bad, they did nothing to take care of it. I requested for her to be moved to a hospital for assistance, I asked for her to be placed on a wheelchair for a walk around the nursing home, this didn’t happen either and other requests.

He has been there for 3 days without any communication available!! It is he legal right to have an interpreter and this place is acting like it’s the first they’ve heard of it.
